Pillar quality is now also available for rent
From February this year, apartments in Pillar’s new projects Mežciema mājas and Dreiliņu priedes are also available for rent.
The company offers partially equipped two-room apartments for rent with an area ranging from 45.3 to 52.4 m². To minimize the concerns associated with changing residence, the rental apartments are offered with:
- a fitted kitchen and household appliances (refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher),
- wardrobes in the hallway and bedroom,
- a fully equipped bathroom,
- lighting fixtures in all rooms,
- curtains in all rooms,
- a washer-dryer.
This is Pillar’s response to market demand for small energy-efficient apartments for residents with stable income but without savings for a down payment or with insufficient funds to obtain a bank loan.
We have also observed that some clients prefer renting before making a decision to purchase a home, and the opportunity to rent is an excellent way to check whether the selected project, developer, and quality meet their personal criteria.
