Pillar Dārzciema liepas project celebrates the topping-out ceremony
Reaching the highest point of the building construction, the multi-apartment project Pillar Dārzciema liepas in Riga, at 17 Trasuna Street, celebrated the topping-out ceremony.
The new project is located among the single-story buildings in the Riga district of Dārzciems, at 17 Franča Trasuna Street. It is a class A+ energy-efficient building, offering 49 apartments with two, three, and four rooms, fully furnished.
"This is already the third project of multi-apartment buildings with high energy efficiency implemented by Pillar in Riga. The quality and attention to detail are what distinguish Pillar projects from others on the market. By this fall, everyone interested and the potential apartment buyers will be able to see it for themselves," notes Pēteris Guļāns, the Development Director of Pillar Capital.
The total investment in the project is planned to be almost 6 million euros. On the ground floor of the building, there will be a lockable common space for storing baby strollers and bicycles. A lift is provided for everyday comfort. For the convenience of residents, a well-arranged, closed, bright area, illuminated walkways, and a children's playground will be available. In the nearby surroundings, there are several kindergartens and schools, facilitating daily route planning for families with children.
Dārzciema liepas is the third project of class A+ energy-efficient multi-apartment building developed by Pillar in Riga, with more projects to follow in various districts of the city. The quality of Pillar's work is evidenced by the first multi-apartment building project Mežciema mājas at 47A Sergeja Eizenšteina Street, where the first residents have already celebrated their housewarming, while the potential buyers can still visit three demo apartments. The second project under development, construction of which began in the summer of 2023, is Pillar Dreiliņu priedes at 1 Ēvalda Valtera Street. It consists of three buildings, with a total of 122 apartments.
