Each apartment features an individual utility room ranging from 2.3 to 4.6 m² for convenient storage, as well as a spacious balcony or terrace of 5.9 to 6.8 m².

The ground-floor terraces are fenced, providing the cozy feeling of a private house. We have also focused on the project's sustainability and high-quality indoor air exchange — each apartment is equipped with an individual ventilation system with heat recovery (recuperation).
