Pillar multi-apartment project Mežciema houses right next to the Biķernieku forest is a place to enjoy the proximity of nature while maintaining all the advantages of the city. It is home to an inspiring life in the rhythm of the city with the opportunity to relax in nature and enjoy its picturesque landscape in all seasons.

The first phase of the Mežciema houses project consists of one 10-story building with 79 apartments. Construction of the second phase of the project will commence shortly – an additional 10-storey building comprising 78 apartments will be erected next to the existing one. In the second phase of the Mežciema mājas project, two-, three- and four-room apartments with full interior finishing are available, ranging in size from 45 to 88 square metres.
Each apartment includes a utility room for convenient storage, as well as a balcony or terrace. In the second phase of the Mežciema mājas development, individual storage rooms will be available for residents on the ground floor of the building.

The area surrounding the building will be extensively landscaped, creating an impressive seasonal variety in the outdoor environment. Special attention has been given to children’s outdoor activities, with a specially designed and equipped playground. Residents will have access to a spacious parking lot with 88 spaces, 28 of which will be under a canopy.

  • The first phase of the project Pillar Mežciema mājas was put into operation in September 2023. The project won the 1st place in the "Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2023" show in the nomination Residential New Construction.

The second phase of the Mežciema mājas project includes a cosy garden gazebo located a convenient distance from the residential building. It will be landscaped and surrounded by greenery, creating a pleasant setting for relaxation, conversation and peaceful moments close to nature.

Covered parking

A covered surface oarking lot with 28 spaces is planned in the courtyard. Its roof will be planted with sedum, providing both an attractive and sustainable solution. The parking lot will also be equipped with electric vehicle charging facilities, while the landscaping will harmoniously enhance the courtyard environment and improve the overall appearance of the area.

All apartments are fully furnished. Each apartment has a private utility room of 2.3 to 4.6 m² for convenient storage of belongings, as well as a 4.7 to 6.8 m² balcony or terrace.
Loft-type apartments on the last floor have 4-meter high ceilings with panoramic windows, as well as an installed air conditioning system.
