About the Project – Pillar Iļģuciema Mājas

Pillar quality now in Pārdaugava

Pillar Iļģuciema Mājas is the company’s first multi-apartment project in Pārdaugava, combining the best advantages of Pillar’s previous developments with high-quality standards. This functional and energy-efficient residential complex is located at 27 Spilves Street. The project consists of two 7-storey buildings, each with 55 apartments. There are two-, three-, and four-room apartments available with full interior finish, ranging from 43 to 86 m².
Each apartment includes a private utility room for convenient storage, as well as a balcony or terrace. Indoor air quality is maintained through an individual ventilation system with a heat recovery function.

The landscaped courtyard provides both aesthetic value and comfort, featuring a children’s playground for diverse outdoor activities. A spacious car park is also available for residents, including spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging points.

The project is planned to be completed and ready for use in the October of 2026, and the first residents will be able to receive the keys to their new apartments in the November of 2027.
