About the Project – Pillar Dreiliņu priedes

A place for new dreams

Pillar Dreiliņu priedes is a modern, functional, and energy-efficient multi-apartment project located in the Dreiliņi neighborhood. It is a place for true city dwellers who also value the proximity of nature, tranquillity, and fresh air.
Pillar Dreiliņu priedes project consists of three buildings: one nine-story building and two four-story buildings, with 122 apartments. New residents are able to choose from two-room, three-room, and four-room apartments ranging in size from 47 to 86 square meters, all fully finished. Each apartment includes a utility room for convenient storage and a balcony or terrace.
Creating an aesthetic and safe living environment, the spacious courtyard is adorned with various greenery and feature a children’s playground for outdoor activities. For the convenience of apartment owners, a spacious parking area is also provided, including parking spaces with the option of charging electric vehicles.
