The new project Pillar Dārzciema liepas on F. Trasuna Street is located in the Dārzciems neighbourhood, surrounded by one-story buildings. The project consists of a single A+ energy-efficient building for 49 apartments on a fenced territory.

Choice of Apartments
All apartments are offered with complete interior finishing, and the client can choose the desired collection of finishes. Each apartment includes a storage room ranging from 2.3 to 4.6 square meters for convenient storage, as well as a balcony or terrace ranging from 5.9 to 6.8 square meters.
The terraces on the ground floor are fenced, providing a sense of a private house. We have also taken care of the sustainability and quality air exchange within the premises – each apartment is equipped with a ventilation system with heat recovery.
